The feature to add new videos to the top only works when I am logged into WordPress. The source is a Youtube playlist. A new video is added to the YouTube playlist each Sunday. I have tried turning the cache feature off, and I tried different time settings for the cache. I am using a short code to display the correct playlist. The playlist does update at some point in the YoTuwp widget; however, I do not know when that occurs. I just know it is not the same day as the when the video is added to the Youtube playlist.
